Operating Hours and Service Fees
Normal Operating Hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Initial Service Fee: NZD 185.00 (+GST) for the first hour of service
- Additional Time: NZD 28.00 per 15-minute segment (+GST)
Out-of-Hours Service (Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Weekends)
- Initial Call-Out Fee: NZD 280.00 for the first 30 minutes (+GST)
- Additional Time: NZD 38.00 per 15-minute segment (+GST)
- After-Hours Call-Out Fee: NZD 150.00 (+GST)
- Hourly Rate: NZD 150.00 per hour per technician (+GST), with a minimum charge of NZD 75.00 for 30 minutes, then NZD 38.00 per 15-minute segment (+GST)
- Transportation and Fuel: $1.60 per km (plus gst) South of Paekakariki and North of Waikanae
Public Holiday Service Rates
- Initial Half-Hour Fee: NZD 400.00 (+GST)
- Additional Time: NZD 50.00 per 15-minute segment (+GST)
- Public Holiday Call-Out Fee: NZD 250.00 (+GST)
- Hourly Rate: NZD 200.00 per hour per technician (+GST), with a minimum charge of NZD 100.00 for 30 minutes, then NZD 50.00 per 15-minute segment (+GST)
- Transportation and Fuel: $1.60 per km (plus gst) South of Paekakariki and North of Waikanae
Standard Roofing Rates (During Normal Hours)
- Hourly Rate: NZD 135.00 per hour per technician (+GST) for the initial hour
- Subsequent Minutes: NZD 2.25 per minute (+GST) thereafter
- Transportation and Fuel: $1.60 per km (plus gst) South of Paekakariki and North of Waikanae
- Administrative and Incidentals Fee: NZD 30.00 (+GST), covering screws, fixings, and administrative expenses
- Apprentice Labour (less than 2 years of experience): NZD 65.00 per hour (+GST)
Additional Information
- Roofing work, especially at heights involving elevated platforms, scaffolding, or mechanised access, requires the attendance of a minimum of two personnel.
- Labour charges commence when the crew departs from the previous booking or our office and conclude upon project completion.
- Payment is due in full upon job completion. We accept mobile EFTPOS payments. Tax invoices will be issued via email.
- Reports, if requested, are charged at NZD 55.00 plus GST for a basic report; more detailed reports may incur additional charges based on time required.
